2025: Associate Professor in the Department “Theoretical Electrical Engineering”, faculty of Automatics, Technical University of Sofia.

2016: Higher Assistant Professor in the Department “Theoretical Electrical Engineering”.

2014: Assistant Professor in the Department “Theoretical Electrical Engineering”.

2011: Engineer in the Department “Theoretical Electrical Engineering” in faculty of “Automatics” at the Technical University – Sofia.

 

Education:

2014: educational and scientific degree “Doctor” in the professional field 5.2 “Electrical, Electronics and Automation”, scientific field “Theoretical Electrical Engineering” in TU-Sofia. PhD thesis: “Methods and algorithms for analysis of memristors and memristor-based circuits” with supervisor: Prof. Dr. Eng. Valeri Mladenov.

2010: M.Sc. of “Telecommunications“ at the Technical University of Sofia.

* 2008: Bachelor of Engineering in “Telecommunications” at Technical University of Sofia.

* 2002: Bachelor of Chemical Engineering in “Material Science and Technologies”, specialty “Chemistry of Semiconductors” at the University of Chemical Technologies and Metallurgy – Sofia.

 

Publications: Author and co-author of about 50 scientific works in the field of electrical engineering and electronics, and manuals for labs and seminars in Electrical Engineering using LTspice.

 

Scientific interests: Analysis and simulations of Semiconductor elements, Electronic circuits, Electrical Engineering, Computer Simulations with MATLAB and SPICE.

 

Teaching: Course works, labs, seminars and lectures on “Electrical Engineering” and “Discrete Mathematics”.
